Katie Ravich is a creative education specialist, systems designer and creative strategist who works at the intersection of creativity, learning ecosystems and applied neuroplasticity. With a B.A. in Visual Communications (University of Technology Sydney) and an M.Sc. in Creativity and Change Leadership (Buffalo State University, New York), she supports leaders, educators and communities to reframe challenges, build adaptive capabilities and strengthen creative confidence through evidence-informed creative practice.
As founder of InsideOut Creativity™, Katie designs and facilitates relational learning experiences grounded in the science of neuroplasticity, supporting individuals and groups to reshape patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving through InsideOut Creativity’s™ Seven Touchpoints.
Katie is an active member of the NpN Hub of Neuroplasticians, the Cloud Club Collective and Learning Pioneers, and is the recipient of the Dr. Mary Murdock Creative Spirit Award (2024).
