Creative Problem Solving Institute 2026

Nicole Wagner is the Director of STREAM Programming at NativityMiguel Middle School of Buffalo, where she designs hands-on, creativity-driven learning experiences that integrate problem solving, collaboration, and 21st-century skills.  She is currently completing a Master’s degree in Creativity and Change Leadership at Buffalo State University while pursuing advanced certification in educational leadership.  Nicole facilitates interactive workshops using Creative Problem Solving and systems-thinking approaches, empowering learners of all ages to see creativity as a practical, learnable skill.
