Michelle Wicmandy, DBA is a global marketing and communications strategist who helps organizations communicate complexity with clarity. Her work integrates applied creativity, sustainability communication, and narrative design to strengthen engagement and leadership impact. She is currently co-authoring the forthcoming book Sustainability Communication in Business (De Gruyter, 2026) and contributes regularly to Forbes and CMSWire on creativity, AI, and the future of work. Through hands-on workshops, she blends marketing strategy with reflective practice to help participants expand their creative capacity and communicate with insight. Prior to this, she served as an Assistant Professor of Marketing at Texas A&M - Texarkana.
