Jessica Andrews-Wilson currently serves Creative Education Foundation as a Conference & Training Consultant, providing ideation and implementation around anything related to FLCC, CPSI and CPS training. Outside of CEF, Jessica serves as the Executive Director at GUIDE, inc., a nonprofit in Lawrenceville, GA. Full time at GUIDE since 2000 (and a volunteer/part-time staff since 1996), Jessica served as the Director of the Georgia Teen Institute (GTI), Director of Training and Capacity Building, and Associate Director prior to taking over as the Executive Director in late 2014.
Jessica is an Internationally Certified Prevention Specialist through the Prevention Credentialing Consortium of Georgia (PCCG), serves on the PCCG Board of Directors and regularly trains others in the Core Courses required by PCCG. In 2012, Jessica received the Ray Avant Excellence in Prevention Award from the Georgia Office of Prevention Services and Programs for her contributions to the field, and in 2025 she received the International Prevention Specialist of the Year Award from the International Credentialing & Reciprocity Consortium. She is one of the founders of the Georgia Afterschool & Youth Development Initiative (ASYD) and continues to provide oversight and thought-leadership around the ASYD work. Jessica is a well-respected, often-requested speaker and trainer on topics including team building, leadership, facilitation and more. Jessica earned her Master of Science in Organizational Development and Leadership from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in May 2014 and will complete Voltage Control's Facilitation Certification Program in March 2026.
