New to independent contracting and freelance work. I help organizations, teams, and individuals who have a challenge or problem to solve and do not think they have the tools or time to solve it. I work with clients to: Position the user first, whether customer, employee or individual; Understand the users' needs and imagine all the ways to meet them; Establish a structure to choose the most beneficial option(s) and actions to make it happen; and Tell the stories of change. My favorite types of challenges to work on are related to talent development, employee engagement, innovation, and knowledge and content management.
