The Whitworth Ferguson Planetarium at Buffalo State University is a state-of-the-art facility offering immersive educational and entertainment experiences in astronomy and beyond. Located within the Science and Mathematics Complex on campus, the planetarium features a 35-foot diameter dome and is equipped with advanced projection systems—including a Spitz SciDome 4K digital projector, a Zeiss ZKP4 opto-mechanical star projector, an AVI SkyLase laser system, and a 5.1 surround sound system—it provides audiences with captivating visual and auditory experiences.
