About me
I'm a facilitator, trainer and organizational development consultant who specializes in the people skills organizations need to create growth through innovation. I bring a big dose of passion, energy, and infectious can-do mentality to my work as an Innovation Catalyst as well as 20+ years of hands-on experience for global clients. I am an Adjunct Faculty with Creativity and Change Leadership at SUNY Buffalo State University (where I have an MSc) and a Founder of Mindcamp Canada. A former director of the Creative Problem Solving Institute, I've taught at CPSI since 2003 and received the CEF Distinguished Leader Award 2017. For fun and to stretch my brain, I completed the Improvisation Program at the Second City, Toronto (and used as an independent study for the MSc). I moved to Buffalo full time in 2022, my house is a 5 min drive to campus. Ask me about the MSc in Creativity & Change Leadership, our new brainstorming room or about what to do, where to eat, shop, etc while in Buffalo.
