About me
Ray is a lifelong practitioner of Creative Problem Solving, having grown up in and around the creative community. Introduced to CPS at birth and CPSI at age six by his mom, Renee Paser-Paull, he has been attending ever since. Now attending his 19th CPSI conference, Ray is a core workshop facilitator as well as a co-leader of the volunteer support staff, the Wings. He uses his CPS experience in his career as a wildlife conservationist, where he has innovated and implemented methods to study and protect fish and their ecosystems in the Great Lakes, Alaska, Arizona, and currently in the Gulf of Mexico. Ray also works as a middle and high school swim instructor and coach, and enjoys hiking, reading, and watching movies with his cat.
